Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, stains, or damage
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Shefrealquazl is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in original condition

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment if there is a price difference. Exchange shipping costs follow the same policy as returns.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your rug or wall art arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. To process your claim:

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep the original packaging for inspection if needed

We will cover all shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized rugs and wall art
  • Items that have been used, washed, or installed
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, and import duties. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service. Refunds for international orders will be processed in US Dollars and may be subject to currency exchange rate fluctuations.
